We accept and offer store credit or exchanges on items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and unworn, in their original packaging and with all tags still attached. Upon receipt of returned items, we have the right to refuse items that do not meet policy requirements at our discretion. 

Once we receive your return, we will issue your store credit. To initiate this, please contact our Customer Service team HERE to initiate a return or exchange request. Please reference your order number and indicate whether it is a return or exchange. Items must be accompanied by proper documentation (order form).  Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs and any paid shipping fees will not be refunded. 

INTERNATIONAL POLICY:
Kahora does not ship internationally at this time.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.

If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.

If a product you want is out of stock, please feel free to shoot us a message with the product you are looking for in the subject line. We will send you a notifications when they are back in stock.
